FTA ASSESSMENT (KA)
Hi fellows,
the FTA assessment for KA is a pretty new assessment stage, any1 got ideas what is it about? Is it something similar to the CX COMPASS TEST? or something else?
Will be greatly appreciated if any1 could share thoughts about the assessment lol
