Question Calculators in CPL exam

I am appearing for the Indian CPL exam in Jan/ Feb 2015. The electronic nav computer I have (CX-2) does not have trigonometric functions like cos etc. However for questions like departure/ distance covered along a parallel of latitude in the Nav paper, these values may be required. Is carrying a scientific calculator in addition to the flight calculator permitted by the CEO DGCA?
