CX Cadet scheme : 1st interview possible in Los Angoles aera or California?

Concerning the Cadet Scheme entrance interviews:

I know the last steps of selection happen in HKG, but does CX organize initial interviews in Los Angeles or San Francisco?

I believe they do have it in SFO but haven't heard of any in LA area.
