FAA ATPL conversion by HKCAD

Any guys here had their FAA licenses converted by HKCAD for CX? Did you have to get the FAA flight examiner to
certify or write a Flight Test/Proficiency report for the initial Instrument rating you attained, since it technically never expires if the 6 month currency of approaches are adhered to. Any previous experience in this area would be great. Confirm all HK ATPL papers need to be completed as well? Cheers

In addition I had also completed all the CASA CPL exams. Should that also be included for HKCAD consideration for subjects that could be exempted? Or from past experience from guys who have been through it that it wouldn't make a difference and it is still expected that all the papers be completed. Thanks.
