The chance of getting back in the airline

I was a cadet pilot with Cathay Pacific 10 years ago, but my training was terminated after 3 months (mostly disciplinary issues). In these 10 years I had been thinking about my mistake and improving myself. Although I am having another career, I always wish to have another chance back in the program. What do you think the chance of getting back in in my case. Personally, I think the chance would be small.

It shouldn't be a problem if you have your own license. You will need to do some convincing but it shouldn't be a problem
