I checked the OAA one.. it seems really tough.. tests, interviews, group exercise... but it's strange though.. cos in second stage, there will be tech intv, group exercise too... what's going on????

Anyone asked questions abt the selection process in the 1st interview? seems the Skill assessment is new, and not even sure if the 2nd stage is the same as CPP...

I'm going to the Skills Assessment in OAA next week.

This assessment is totally new and no one out there is able to give us any information. Only know the first part is computer test. If you pass this, then you will be invited to the 2nd part, which is group project and individual interview in a couple days time. It should all fall within the same week.

Yes, I also got the assessment schedule. I wonder how many groups we have... are you in the morning or afternoon session?

Took the ICAO today and found out I passed it... hope they call up soon! On the other hand, if you are in doubts, you may email KA to check on when they will call.

They did mention "mentored airline cadet scheme", so I guess it must be somehow similar. I find it more demanding than the DA test.

I suspect they might take into account other stage results as well because they put the OAA skill assessment as the penultimate stage.

For those wannabes who will take it next week, could you shed some light afterwards?

Mine is on Aug 8. I asked for a later date coz I will be out of town.

I think all the dates depends on your initial assessment date... the OAA ones are done within a week and the other 3 are done in another week...

I figured out how to post now. Mine is on AUG 8th... I asked to have it push back due to travel...

The 2 days OAA assessment happen in 1 week... the other 3 events happen in another week... so the dates depand on your first OAA assessment date!
