Heard that there will be 2 Dragonair cadet classes next year, instead of the usual 1 per year. Don't quote me on that though, its just another turn in the rumour mill!

Unfortunately, like the vocanic ash's effect on Europe right now, G-VSSH is grounded and will not continue to fly on this time round.
But I have been informed by KA that I can apply as soon as KA recruits for next batch, without the 1 year waiting period

Holdmetight, thanks for your news. Any ideas how many they are intaking this year?
G-VSSH, don't give up! Being rejected this round doesn't mean you won't be a good pilot.
I do know a few people who have been invited for 2nd interview. Stage 4 looks pretty intense. I just heard there would be a management interview with some managers. What's that all about?
Anyone else been invited for stage 4?

Si3nna,
I haven't heard any official news on the DA12 class size. A ballpark figure would be around 10 people per class though, as it has always been throughout the years. As there hasn't been any evidence of a change in this trend, we can probably expect the number to remain the same.

I don't think they do personality tests anymore, though I have heard of the rumour about the tests being in Chinese. To the best of my knowledge, Stage 4 nowadays consists of a technical interview, management interview, group exercise and medical examination. These are all done over the span of a few days. Have you been invited?

Holdmetight,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, the personality test does still exist.
Can anyone else confirm whether it is in chinese or english?
Anyone invited for second interview?

I wouldn't think it is in Chinese. The Chinese one is probably for those applying for other positions in KA, I doubt it is for the pilots or cadet pilots. Dont judge me
I'm estimating of around 30 cadidates who will through to the 2nd interview stage, what do you guys think? How many made it to 1st interview?
The schedule for stage 4 looks pretty intense, best of luck for those who are doing it first

Flyer09, I think for now, only oversea candidates have been invited for 2nd interview. Booked your flight yet? Doesn't look good, does it? With LHR closed and CX flight ticket surged to £1500+
Best of luck pal! Keep us updated

G.K,
Thanks for letting us know. May I ask if you have been through the process before?
Si3nna,
Thank you aswell. Does any local candidates know when they will get the results for initial interview?
JessiKA,
Are you going to do the medical in June? At Central? Just wondering if you are local or overseas?
