Yash,
I think vellnaveen's predicament is that this "bird in hand" might become a bird that will stick to his hand and not leave him for a long time.
vellnaveen,
Perhaps the only factor for any aspirant regarding such decisions is MONEY.
If you are financial comfortable to simply sit and wait for some vacancies to come up, without being in debt or making your dad/mom/brother/sister work overtime to repay loans, then you can easily avoid this "bird in hand" and wait patiently for other attractive birds which might come up in the future. Meanwhile try doing something else to spend time productively, or simply purchase some multi engine time if your finances permit you.
If not, then it is better you hang on to this one for the time being. Something is better than nothing.

@VELLNAVEEN
Well hey.. a few questions to ask you here:
Q1. Do they make you sign a contract / bond etc @ the time or recruitment? If not then, then when do they do that?
Q2. What happens if you make it till the type rating, work with them for a year or two and then decide to resign? Is that possible?
any more info if ya; wanna add..
thanks

i had my interview on 19th but it was postponed to 21st as there wasn't enough time on 19th .
The lady who checked the docs said it will take a month for the results and she also said the no. of seats have also been doubled that is 22.
one more piece of info , the guy who collected our phones said something like this : why are you running for this 20k job , wait for 6 months and go in the airlines !
All the best to everyone who gave the interview
