I tried for the cadet program too, it just took less than 10 minutes before I got a reply (NOT System Generated) but sadly, this is all just for the HKID holders. They need the Right of Abode in order to get application through... So unless you have a connection to Hk , its a dead end..

anyone have any idea about why cx requires their SO to sit in the jump seat for a few years before proliferate to the RHS, while KA does not require so? what is the benefits to the SO?

I know SO is required for long haul flights as a relief crew and one of the reasons is cost saving (SO is cheaper).

but is there any other reasons?
