The Presentation in the Initial Test

Can anyone share their experience of how they prepared for the presentation? Which topic were you given?

i thought the topic has always been "the training aspects of the cathay pacific cadet pilot program"...

basically you talk to them about what you can expect to do in training - how many modules, what you learn in each module, aircraft you fly, where you train, licenses you get, how many hours you can expect to accrue, etc...

i think they are more interested in listening to your oral english though.

you are not permitted to use anything for the presentation, i.e. even a piece of paper...

and from my personal experience, you don't really need to speak for 5 mins...it took me about 2'30 doing the presentation...

hey i knew that the email using the word "required"...and I actually did not plan to memorize my speech...

When i got into the room with my piece of paper, the interviewer asked me to put everything into the bag...by that time I was thinking the "required" actually meant "permitted"

Maybe different interviewers have different requirements?
