CPP - Stage 1 initial test for local candidates or overseas candidates??
hi everyone, i'm new to this forum
i got an email from cathay asking for my available date for the stage 1 initial test. it says on the email that the initial test for overseas candidates is in the week of june 8, but i can choose to attend the one for local candidates on an earlier date. does it matter which one i go to? is there any difference between the two?

Hi hyc
I'm an overseas applicant and I've been offered a place for the 7th April. Anyway, the only difference between the overseas and current HK residents is that for the overseas applicants the whole process is done within a month (stage 1A to 3) whereas the locals are done over a two months period (in general!).
Hope that helps.

To hyc:
You said the initial test for overseas candidates is in the week of june 8,
do you know exactly when is the date for local candidates?
Unfortunately, I am only free from early May to end of May.
Thanks

Thanks for your help, I sent them an email and ask about the progress and I got back within 2 hours. So I found out that the email adress was missing a letter and now they ask about how I did in physics in school I am taking university one right now, and it will finish in may, and I failed 12th grade physics, I got only 50/100 in 11th grade physics, so I don't know which one to sent them.
