CX Cadet PP Applicants Details
Hey guys,
I thought I like to start a thread basically just asking about the background of the people who has applied for this cx programme.
I think this will benefit all the wannabes out there to get an idea of the kind of people who applied for this cadetship. (only post if you have already applied!)
Simply just put some info on:
Age-
Where u from -
What u studied and level-
Previous flying experience-
How far did u get in the selection process-
How quick was the response regarding each stage-
As a thread starter I shall be the first
Age- 25
From- UK
Highest Education- A levels and GCSEs
Previous flight experience- Yes, 19 hours on PA28
Seletion progress- jus done stage 1a + 1b (awaiting response)
Words of wisdom- "Now youre really flying"
EDIT (11/2/2009): Got through to round 2, group exercise and tech interview! in 2 weeks!!
Any pointers are greatly appreciated!

Well the reason i posted this thread, is so people have a good idea of the people who applies to the cadet programme, however it is not intended to put people off.
I strongly believe your personality, enthusiam and passion is what really counts GrillSwireInSouthern
Thats what i hope anyways, an excuse for me to remain optimistic
All the best to the applicants!

"I strongly believe your personality, enthusiam and passion is what really counts"
but mostly it's about your skills and ability to learn in a set amount of time. That's what it counts the most. It doesn't matter what background you have had. You'll be put through the same process during flight training.

Hi guys, i might be asking the wrong question on the wrong thread, but my quick question is: When do they do interviews for oversea and locals through out the year? Since I'm both.
I'm a third year university student in Canada, and I really want to plan ahead and see what I can do after I graduate.
Thank you!!

Hello All,
Congrats to all those getting through to Stage 2. I would like to ask those who know, what time of year does CX cadet flight grading normally take place, and same question for the start of the training in Adelaide?
This is very important to me as I’m preparing to complete a diploma and getting married as well. I just like to plan ahead!!
Thanks
