We all know that EK, ET and the rest need plenty of new hires over the next few years. However, what is the state of play at Cx. Is it more a managed flow or do they require people left, right and centre?

go to check on their expansion road map, new planes are delivering until 201X, so which mean more crews are needed although the global circumstance will be all major impact for the company like Oil price are reaching new high, and Goldman Sachs reported that the oil price will reach $144 sometimes by 2009, the American economy recession, all these are terrible news for Airline company also Cathay, they may end up stop hiring air crews, it was happened once during SARS 2001, but who knows what happen next? But in overall big picture, the demand remind strong since they got larger market in Mainland China and Asia.
