CX CPP 1st interview, anyone?
hello again everyone ~
passed my initial test already
many many thanks to everyone who read my previous post, especially those who replied to the post.
I am invited for the 1st interview, however time is not yet confirmed (i missed the call, and when they called back, they said next week is full, expect late april or early may ^~^")
so, juz wanna ask if anyone passed the initial test and invited for the 1st interview also?
what are you guys preparing ? (i m reading some basic aviation books and CX history etc.)
besides, any suggestions ?

rite, the first interview basically is on what you wrote on the application, 1 HR and 1 Pilot, most questions come from the HR. So remember to go through again your application if you have the copy. And some more Cathay details typically questions like fleet size...And the questions are coming by what you answer for last question bewared what you talk about. For example, in my case, i mentioned about EasyJet during the interview, in the last session, the Pilot come to ask a question like Do you know about the EasyJet, What are their fleets? How many of them? Whats difference between 737NG and A319?
And remember, be yourself, NEVER EVER gonna to lie, they will know.
hope this help.
so you are on local candidate pathway yea?
