Be happy join another group. The CX group is falling apart. I have a mate that has resigned after 8 months. Poor training and not being able to get his full housing entitlements. Go figure....................

Thanks for your opinion on the situation.
I'm not going to start an argument here, but wouldn't it be more helpful if you answered one of the questions above? We all know it's not perfect from reading complaints around this place, but people are trying to put their current situation against the CX situation to come up with an informed decision on what to do, so if you have any valuable info please share it...

Upgrade from F/O to senior F/O

Hi guys,
My question is the same I´ve seen above; just wanna know a few things:

The upgrade from F/O to senior F/O depends of what?
Anyone knows the payement scale in Amsterdam or Paris?

Thank you.

I think that's completely up to time served. Think it's after 4 years, provided you start as a DEFO. But I don't really see the importance of becoming a senior FO, as I see it it's just another step up the salary scale, which will happen accordingly no matter what rank you have. Or is there something else that changes with being a sr?

With all this complaining about pay. Which airlines are still considered to be paying good salaries?

Ok, just the same that I thought, so senior f/o consideration is only one step of the pay-scale.
Thank you for the information provided.
