Length of time to upgrade to Captain?

Would someone please break down the average time to upgrade, if hired today, from DEFO freighter fleet USA, to Pax FO, to Freighter Captain, to Pax Captain.

How are is it to make Captain the first time around?

upgrade

junior freighter Captains are just over two years.
PAX f/o : you must do 3 years as freighter f/o (after training)
PAX CA : around 8-9 years
