2nd interview paperwork - help!

I am trying to do all the paperwork for the 2nd interview and have the following question - If I have a full ATPL, do I STILL need to submit the ATPL and IR examination results?

Cheers!

Yes, you do need to supply your ATPL and IR theory results.

Also you may need a couple of highlighters for all that highlighting...

Are those results you are talking about, the written test results?

I have no idea what mine were, or even how to go about getting them?!

hello!! are you talking about the full JAA ATPL or the FAA ATPL? I am going for my first interview next july and I do need to submit as well my ATPL results. When I initially applied to CX (4 years ago by the way!!) I used my FAA ATPL to qualify under the requirements back in those days, now I am flying in Europe and I have the JAA CPL. To get the theory results for my JAA exams is not difficult, I already have two copies, but to get the theory results from my FAA ATPL I really do not know how to go about it. Normally over there you have to submit the original written test results to the examiner and I have never heard you can obtain copies from the FAA now. Any tips? thanx and good luck to all!!

http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certific...ation_records/

There is a form to fill out but it says it may take 6-8 weeks. It costs $5.25 plus 5 cents per page... so $8 or so. It has copies of all written exam results, temporary certificates, 8710 forms, etc.

You can also try calling Airman Certification at (866) 878-2498. They also have a form to replace a knowledge test report but I am not sure if it works for old exams (ie. more than 24 months or for a rating already issued). Its worth a try and thats $1.

If you are "stuck in an ATR" a copy of the form from the faa for your ATP written as in the above post and a copy of a signoff on your latest checkride.. or any paperwork you and your chiefpilot can come up with to prove same should do. The best is if your PC is coming up soon and you can have the checkairman give you a copy of the paperwork he submits or sign off the PC in your logbook.. especially if he/it states you passed as PIC. The paperwork/logbook copies are a huge part of the process.. spent the last few days before heading over worrying more about that than the interview..

Be sure to call the Feds. That group in the office is really nice, just mention to them that you need it for CX, they know what to get you from there. If you send them a fedex envelope with your form then you will get it back pretty quickly. For once the FAA is really there to help!
