2nd Shot at Cathay
Gents,
I need some sound unemotional info. A couple of years ago, I was unsuccessful in Phase 2(hong kong) of the interview process at Cathay for DEFO, recently I have been contacted to interview again. I have to go through the entire process again, before I start this journey, I would like to know the good, bad, and the ugly of the current environment at Cathay.
I'm currently at a decent carrier flying a widebody, and enjoy my job. In particular I need to find out about the training environment and the treatment of the employees by the company. I'm a type A personality as most pilots are and am wondering whether I would fit in considering the autocratic cockpit environment I have read here and elsewhere at Cathay. Thanks again for the info, and please no emotional outbursts. Thanks

I am unable to give any advice about CX training just yet however you state:
If this is the case, why move?
