DESO to European based FO

DESO to European based FO
Hi
First let me say that I did a search and I did not really find an answer to those questions.
1)How long would it take to go from DESO to get a base in europe as an FO? (would that be PAX or Freight)
2)When I read it takes about 3-4 years to upgrade from SO to FO, Is that JFO or FO?
3)What is necessary to get a base outside of HK, a JFO status or a FO status?
