Realistic CX hiring minimums??

Gentleman,
Realistically, having 3500 TT, 3200 of those being jet time on the A320, could I consider DEFO on PAX (could only apply for AMS), DEFO Freighter or SO only?
To which should I apply?
My preference would be:
DEFO PAX (AMS)
SO
DEFO Freighter
Any objective input would be greatly appreciated,

I know all that's being said here is about CX, but what about KA?
Are there pilots being hired as DEFOS at KA?
