Those who didnt get through CX 1st Interview
Hello all....
This question is directed to the DESO or DEFO CX candidates who did not make it (If they still check this forum).
Did anyone who was not be called for the second interview leave the 1st feeling very good about it? If you didn't make it through I suppose the disappointment would be worse if u thought you did.
I am trying to find out how well the panel conceals how they feel about you. Do they smile, and make you feel you will get through, while they actually have a negative opinion of you? Or are they honest about how you did?
Perhaps the decision is not made by the panel that actually interviews you. Any comments would be appreciated.
