First Officer-Rapid Command Interview

Any tips or insight on this one? How long do you stay as SFO?
I am an B737 Captain with over 10 000 hours total time, based in MXP.

It's straight to the left seat on the Classic if you pass you become a Captain, fail you're an F/O, so I'd say min 3 months.
