Final Interview Group Assessment

Hey folks,

Anyone in the know about what the group assessment is all about?
Is it a CRM-type exercise and other than doing what we do is there any real way to prepare for it?

What is the kind of scenario they give?

Thanks in advance

Everything i have heard, and im doing it next week.

Dont worry about it. Be yourself. Its not a competition with the others.

Show them you are normal lol.

-Time management is important. You have one hour, and not one minute more.

-Don't dominate the others, but don't sit on the sidelines not voicing your input.

-Make sure the others are involved. As Jaguar7777 notes, this is not a competition; there are jobs available for all of you if you make the grade.

-You each will have a different and incomplete list of criteria for the selection of your final answer. (At least this was what my group had.)
So you must discuss with each other the limits/requirements your own list of instructions calls for.

-Use the tools available (e.g. whiteboard) to organize the information available. (Think about making a chart)

Good luck

Doesn't matter what astronaut you pick in the exercise. It's how you arrive at the solution that is important. Use your CRM and all the resources (ie whiteboard). You may even wish to demonstrate your leadership by running the board...
