Choice of Sim?

As I understand the sim checks are done on either the 747-200 or -400. Do all people in a group get the same sim? And is it at all possible to swap from -200 to -400 for someone who is used to flying glass cockpit (or vice versa for people used to steam gauges)?

You get what ever sim is available the day of your sim check, glass experience or not.

In which case it'll almost certainly be in the classic (prepare accordingly!) I’m pretty sure that CX try to use the -200 for interview sim rides whenever possible.

If there is going to be a change, recruitment generally get in touch before hand to give you a ‘heads up’. Saying that, whichever sim you are in, the profile will be the same.
