CX 3rd round selection process

CX 3rd round selection process
I'm currently in the 2nd round selection process with CX and it has been made clear to us of what is involved at this stage. However, from day one, for me the only grey area in this whole selection process is stage 3 - Management Interview. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Even though I am still concentrating on the 2nd round stage but there is only a week difference in between the 2nd and 3rd round stages and I don't want to start asking for help when I'm approaching one of the biggest days of my life (as they say in chinese, "lum gup po fut gek" - last minute hugging of the buddha's foot).
If anyone could help, it would be kindly appreciated!

My understanding of the third stage is that in additional to the management interview, the medical is also going to play a vital role.
