Anyone failed the flight grading and got interviews with CX again?
I just failed the flight grading, received the rejection letter from CX. Just wondering if anyone failed the FG and later on got another interivew with them?
Heard that from a FA of KLM, he said a CX captain told him it;s policy to not accept canadiates who failed the FG.

unlucky. what did you fail in. i bet they wouldn't tell you. "company policy"
anyway. glad that you had a chance to FG. i wish i had that chance. i am now back to the UK flying VFR for the remaining time i am here in the UK. where are you 007?

Hi guys,
I am now in HK. I dont think i am lucky. If i were, i would be flying on my own expense, get my fatpl and on the way to be a SO.
there were 4 guys in the batch, 2 got in.

I'm suprise that only 4 people are chosen to go to the flight grading. I thought there are more people in one batch, something like 20+ people per class.
Anyways, don't be sad 007. Failing the flight grading doesn't mean you will not become a good and competent pilot in the future. So no worry!! Be Happy!!
