pre-paid v's plan cell phones
I'm on my way up to HK in the near future and would like to know what is the best way to run my mobile phone. I don't tend to spend a lot of time on the phone and am not sure if having a monthly plan is better that using pre-paid.
I'm sure most people have looked into this problem before and I'm interested in finding out what most think is the best solution.
Many thanks

the Service providers here are very cheap compared to europe.
you can get like HKD99.00 for like 1000 minutes with orange on monthly bills, best to bring your phone thou. phones here with contracts are not as cheap.
pay as u go are more pricey. like HKD100.00 for a top up for like 500 minutes.
in HK. u pay for all your phone calls... incoming or outgoing.
not advertising here. but.. New world seems to have the best reception coverage. with Smartone and People... not so good. in HK is great. even underground at MTRs you can have full signal strength for mobiles.
btw me a wannabe here for CX. hope to meet you some day...
good luck.
