Cx Application
Hey everyone, just filling out the CX Pilot Employment application off of the eb site. For anyone that has completed this document I do have a question or two.
First, on page 2, "Flight Experience" what are they refering to with regard to the statement in parenthesis (personal/individual record sheets not accepted). Does this refer to attaching hand drawn flight experience breakdowns? Just would like confirmation on this please.
Second, I am a bit concerned with my flight experience for the last 12 months. I am a instructor at FlightSafety and haven't logged any actual flight time but have stayed current and logged my sim time for the purpose of currency (yes I know that sim time does not count toward total time). How will the powers that be in the HR department at CX view this?
I am keeping the faith in hopes that I will be successful with a pilot career at CX.
Thank you in advance for your input

Thanks CLutter, but my question regarding e-log books is when I am fortunate enough to have an interview. When they ask for my log book, is my e-log book sufficient (assuming it is printed off and professionally bounded) or do they prefer or only accept traditoinal type logs.
Cheers!

Someone who went through the interview process with me had an electronic log book.
It didn't cause any problems during the interview and the subsequent induction/training in the company.

It might depend on the interviewer, a friend of mine had an E-logbook, neatly printed and done and they made him fill a regular logbook for the 2nd interview. They told him that his logbook looked nice but that they were a little more traditional. Hope it helps...draw your own conclusions.
