Cathay 1st Interview without technical
I have previously posted that it appears a few 1st interviews have had NO technical questions, ie., the tech/pilot rep. was not present. None of these people passed. How could this be possible?

I noticed that they change roles quite often, so even though the "Tech" person is not present it still is a retired-/pilot with the same tech knowledge.
Don't know the reason though, was there just one interviewer?
