Cathay 1st Interview

Does the first interview always contain questions from a technical representative/pilot? I have heard rumors lately that a few initial interviews only had a H.R. representative.

I can only speak from my own interview in Feb, but it was 30 multi-choice technical questions, not overly tough but some terminology that was different than what I'm used to. That was followed by abot 40 Mins of HR guy questions and 20 mins of Tech questions. Questions were almost identical to what you will find in other posts. Hope this helps.

Thanks bell1st

I was asking because I have heard that there may have actually been some recent occurrences where the 30 question test was given yet the interview consisted completely of HR questions with NO technical questions at all. It seems odd to me that this is true in that all of the posts here are VERY technical in description. Just wondering if this actually happened or was just rumor.

Regards,

elguapo
