744 s/o training
Hi there,
Could anyone advise on the way the 744 training is run for S/Os?
Is there a groundschool run for a few weeks ( classroom ) followed by another few weeks of simulator, or is it Computer Based Training (CBT) with self teaching? If it is CBT is there a schedule to keep to and a deadline to meet prior to sim, or do the groundwork and sim run concurrently?
Just like to know what to expect and would appreciate any info!

Just wanted to get an idea of how it all worked. With the aircraft I'm on now we had two weeks in the classroom with a FlightSafety ground instructor followed by about 2 1/2 weeks in the simulator.
