how is line training at CX?

how is line training at CX?
Could anyuone tell me how is the training done at Cx, and by that I mean if there is an arrogant atitude, or they treat you like sh*t during the training just to bully you up, and by that showing that you aren't one of them and so on...Are there training cpts quite difficult to manage? How is the general climate on board?
