If my memory is good, it was 500 HK$ a night. I was there last August.

Headland is a good place to stay while you're doing the interview. Easy access to Cathay and only a 2 minute bus ride to the MTR, or a 5 minute walk to Tung Chung.

Also made use of your secuirty pass and investigate all of Cathay City. Fantastic place. If you know someone there get them to take you around on a tour. Very interesting.

Good luck and be positive.

It's really quite cheap ($500 a night was still the rate earlier this year) - and the breakfast buffet can set you up for the day for $70.....

It really depends. Nominally, it's 400 quid for one evening. But if the demand is high, they'll raise the prices. I paid 600 recently because there were only a few rooms left.

nosey!!!

long time no hear - the long 5 minute walk was done at a brisk pace - maybe for a normal pilot 10-15 but because I was dosed up to the eye balls on freshly brewed coffee that morning I didn't notice the time.

no word yet.

Hey Kavu, I guess that slick hairdo of yours would help keep the time down..
