From the info I got from CX:
Freighter Salary USA based:
Captain $113,472 - $152,736 per year(maybe 10 years of increments??? they didn't say)
F/O $61,308 - $103,428 per year
plus 15.5% of salary for retirement(this will be taxed since it is paid with salary)
