CX Direct entry S/O vs Freight F/O

What are the differences in training for the two positions?

Does the s/o get to do anything other than monitor things in cruise flight?

What sort of ratings do each position receive during training?

I have 5500TT, 1700 jet, 1000 jet pic, an ATP (US FAA) with 3 type ratings. Where would I have the most success in applying at Cathay? Relocation to HK is not a negative factor for me at this time.

Thanks in advance for any information!!

why spend this amount of effort on deciding. Apply for both. If they offer an interview your decision will already have been made as it will be for a specific position
