CX training contract or bond?

Does CX, pax or freighter side, require you to sign a training contract/bond when joining? Thanks in advance!

i was told that there is no bonding in place, they try to establish an idea of how commited you are/will be. I think that's a reason some don't make it through.

NJA, do you know many guys who join CX to get a type rating? People ask me if I prefer to start on the 747 or A340, when I say I prefer the Boeing, they give me a strange look and say "the Airbus rating is better on the market". Well sorry, but what do I care what the market needs, I'm not planning to leave Cathay to go to Atlas Air!!!!
I don't think the bond is really an issue with an airline like CX, pilots join them for the long term.
