Age and Cadet selection...

Hello everyone,

I am wondering, does age plays a role in determining the suitability of an ideal candidate? Or do cx perfer young applicants like 19s or early 20s.

Just a though, anyone cared to join in?

my friend's friend got into cadet and he is 24. however i was told some cadets are in their late 20's. but in my opinion, of course younger is better...
