Question to Pilots about Height

Just a question for current Pilots.

What do you think is the mininum height for a pilot.
in the Cathay selection they are looking for about 160cm.
But since you guys sit in the cockpit all the time, just wondering about your view point on this.
cuz i hear some pilots are like 150 or something, but can they really see the runway when they're landing?

well i just want some personal pilot opinions on height.
How tall are you and can you really see and control the plane?
and if you are able, what do you think minimium height should be to control everything.

Can people who are able to drive a car fly a plane because they have to hold the steering wheel and contorl the padels while looking outside
