744 bases in europe?

Hi there,

does anybody knows where're CX 744F bases in europe?

If U are going to be selected for DE F/O freighter, will U be given a choice of a/c (747 or 744) or a choice of base?

And then if they assign a base (i.e. FRA), will U remain there for a min/max time?

thanks

On the second interview in HK, the 747-400 chief pilot sat down with us for about an hour to brief us on many aspects of the operations, like rosters and the different basings.

From what I remember in that briefing, the only 400 bases are in the US. I believe that Europe and Australia are all classic bases.

I don't know how the new order of 400 conversions will be distributed, so maybe they'll base 400s outside the States.

Hope that helps.

Obviously you weren't listening. There is a 400F based in LHR but all new basings for now are in the USA.
