Cathay and RK?
I've been invited to a 1. interview with CX at the end of September, but I have one concern:
In 1994 I had corrective surgery done to my eyes (had around -1.5 on both beforehand). I've had no problems with both FAA and JAA medicals after that, and my vision has been completely stable at 20/20 afterwards.
Does anybody know if this would exclude me from a career with CX, or is there a e-mail address to the CX doctors available, where I can consult them with my "problem"?
Don't wanna waist their (or my) time with interviews if I'm not gonna make it through the medical in Hong Kong....
Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers!

laser eye surgry
Hi,
Based on previous posts, CX will not all any applicants to have previous laser eye surgry. HKCAD strongly discourages pilots to consider RK, LASIK or and form of laser eye surgries.
Good luck
