CX Cadet Pilot 2nd Interview

Dear All,
I am going to have my 2nd interview and the HR said it will be a 30-45min oral interview. Would anyone suggest what's inside? And what are the recently asked question?

How does CX screen candidates who really enjoy aviation and love being a commercial pilot?
