from de s/o to freighter f/o

Does anyone know how possible and or how long it would take to go from de s/o to a f/o freighter base in america----LAX?

I dont think that you can change fleets for 3 years, then it would be based on seniorority.

I wish I could apply for the de f/o but my time---4500TT, 1200PIC turbine (Beech 1900) dosen't qualify. The Beech is too small!
