CX Pay Scales
I am wondering what the pay schedule is at CX for people joining these days (I understand that there was a B scale and possibly a C scale).
What is the starting pay, time to first raise, and what could one realistically expect of making after 5 and 10 years at the company?

Try www.ppjn.com that should have some of the info you need. It doesn't have the whole scale on there - just the entry level and the top end figures. Should be of some help though - it's been damned useful to me!!! Have you got an interview coming up??
