CX Interview process
Quick question - I had an interview in Vancouver and Hong Kong last year, unfortunately didn't make it through, so my question is, if they offer me another crack at it, do you still have to do both interviews or just the final one again in Hong Kong?

I rang Carol last week with that question and was told you have to go through the whole process again.
Did you get an invite for another attempt?
My 12 months is almost up as well and very keen to get on the interview list again.
