Probably but they won't. The costs of flying into LCY would make it a complete non-starter especially given the price-sensitivity of the LDY market.

Hahahaha....just wait till some start selling.......it may well be a fair price in your opinion but it's one that is well below cost and just not viable in any great volume.

Where has it been proven that it's commercially viable? Volume is no indicator of profit and the very fact that it's a PSO would seem to indicate quite the opposite. Why would Ryanair stop operating...

I also think what is being missed here is what a PSO actually means. There are various flavours that can be used but in this case it's not a case of someone from CODA turning up at the bmi offices...
