The roster depends on whether you are employed directly by Ryanair or contracted to them by Brookfield. The Brookfield contract has the 5 on 4 off roster.

I think it's unfair to blame newly qualified pilots for the deterioration in the T&C's of of pilots in the low cost airlines.
Surely it is the publics' insatiable appetite for low cost travel...
