I wouldn't call it discrimination, "preference" is probably a better word. I'm not associated with the Company and I have no idea why they have expressed it the way they have. It might be the case...

Not true. You need to present your ICAO recognized aircrew licence to Macau AACM for validation. Once your foreign license is validated you jump through the hoops to get a Macau pilot licence (easy)....

Bitmonx...I think you'll find your 212 offshore time has some value as quite often it counts as 212/412 time and Bristow operate 412 in Nigeria.
