cabin pressure would have been reduced to very little at this stage of the flight..who's to know..everybody only guessing at this point, and there is no "sudden change" normally in the pressurization...

sudden sharp dive could indeed indicate some occurrence with the horizontal stab/elevators, or even a crewmember falling onto the controls.
