Trouble is that in the race to the bottom people...

Trouble is that in the race to the bottom people pay peanuts and won't even pay to train those people properly. The cannon fodder are taught a few simple rules and warned if they don't apply them...

Earlier this year I flew Business Dublin Miami with Aer Lingus - I think the baggage limit was 69 kg......... more than the wife weighs for sure...............

On long haul people normally carry a fair amount...

On long haul people normally carry a fair amount anyway - they'll try and get as much as possible in the cabin but if they can't it'll go in the hold.

You might have an effect on SH Business...
