Are you waiting to hear from CAE or L3/CTC? I think the latter are usually quite quick to inform whether or not you've met their standard before your file is sent to EZY. Not sure about CAE.

I've got to admit as an aspiring pilot it was a little embarrassing to watch.

Though I can appreciate it's been edited to make "good tv viewing". Which may do some injustice to those on camera.

Maybe someone on the course could clarify but I don't believe you are given anything back other than some small form of tax relief if you are UK based. I would go into this on the basis you wont see...

The skeptic in me would be hesitant around "Total Reward Package". As I know from my current non-aviation employer that my Total Reward Package paints a much nicer picture than my take home salary.
